Two $1000 scholarships are available to second year students enrolled in Post Secondary Education. Must be the child of a full member or the child of an employee of a full member. Preference will be given to students enrolled in a program related to construction or design. The SLHBA Board of Directors has the sole and exclusive right to award the scholarship
