Economic Round Table with Prime Minister Harper
Press ReleaseMarch 20, 2009

The Sarnia Lambton Homebuilders Association works closely with all three levels of government in attempt to bring homebuilding and renovating issues to the forefront and continue to make our industry better.
We are pleased to report that our hard work with government relations paid off in March when our local MP Pat Davidson invited a representative of the SLHBA to attend an economic round table with Prime Minister Harper. As the only home building organization at the event, we were please to discuss federal industry concerns directly with the Prime Minister, including his governments cooperation with Ontario's decision to convert to HST.
The Sarnia Lambton Home Builders Association is the voice of residential construction in Sarnia Lambton. Part of our mandate is to bring forward members concerns to municipal, provincial or federal representatives. To find out how you can join the SLHBA and help make your industry better, please call Frank Durco Jr at (519) 869-4558
